While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within a 10-day return window, return policies may be different across product categories. Please check  for details on the returns policies of specific product categories.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

  • Has missing parts or accessories

  • Is different from what was ordered

  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. 


All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the refund if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.


How It Works

1 Start your return:

Mail us stating reason for return or replacement after getting through return policy in the product listing.  

2 Wait for Our Confirmation:

When your return is accepted, you'll receive an email to your messages with the subject “Send the item back”. You'll need to send it back within 5 business days, using tracked shipping.


If you're returning an item because it doesn't match the listing description, or arrives damaged or faulty, then we are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you'll need to check the return policy in the listing – for free returns but usually you'll be responsible for return shipping.

3 Ship it back:

When you're sending the item back, repack it carefully, and remember it has to be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it can't be used or altered in any way, and you'll need to include any additional items or paperwork that came with it, such as:

  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs

  • Accessories such as cords and remote controls

  • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards

  • "Free gifts" or bonus items

  • All items included in a bundle

4. Get your refund



When you return a item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.


If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through a demand draft.

When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail asking you to call us. When you call us back, we will collect your name and the address where you want the demand draft to be sent, and proceed with the refund.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your account should match with the name of the bank account holder.


NEFT refunds will typically be processed in one business day from our end and will be credited to your account in two business days.


About Free Replacements

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the return window and in stock exact same item. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged item received

  • Item is missing parts or accessories

  • Item received is different from what was ordered

  • Defective item/does not work properly


  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
